With the Vermeer Series, Shabelewska rendered a personal memory of places visited with her family during her travels. She explores different locations in Europe, from Paris rue de Varenne, to Warsaw Poland, to Dom Architekta SARP Kazimierz Dolny in Southern Poland, to Waverly Place in New York City West Village.
